A runaway from the Steppe, Fegasi found herself landing in Eorzea by chance. She despised her own people for their constant fighting and as such, built up her new life to be the polar opposite of them. While she gained an appreciation for fancy clothes, she also acquired a knack for Arcanima and later became more focused in the medical use of it.
Fegasi has since warmed up to the Xaela again and no longer shuns the Steppe life. She now views Eorzean culture and Xaela culture as equally valuable.
RP Hooks
Are you a Malaguld? She was known for being a liability to the tribe, unable to hunt, gather, or fight. You may remember she ran away from the tribe at one point. Feel free to be upset with her about it. Or perhaps you're a fellow runaway? All of these angles could work.
Are you Xaela? It's possible they crossed paths on the Steppes long ago. In Reunion or otherwise.
Have you or someone you know been hurt in an aether related accident? How about a regular accident? Fegasi can't help with any legal battles but she is equipped to handle a plethora of injuries. You could very well employ her services.
While rare, it is possible you saw this young Xaela in Ishgard. From a few years before the Calamity to the Dragonsong War, she ran errands for a Noble House. She was often disguised, wearing her hood over her horns and her tail under her cloak. But her sneaking was never completely perfect.
Are you an artist or musician? Either is quick to grab Fegasi's attention.
Have a vision you want Fegasi to see with her Echo? I'm open to having it trigger to start RP.
Does your character feel displaced? Fegasi has started her own Eorzean Malaguld tribe, to which see accepts any individual that feels out of place in Eorzea. Be they Xaela, Raen, or any other individual. She will readily offer a place among them.
Oddities
Fegasi's Scholar Soul Stone, if seen, is a golden color instead of the usual blue associated with them. Its symbol is slightly altered as well. The Soul Stone also doesn't seem to summon a traditional fairy, for some reason.
Those who were familiar with Fegasi a few years ago may note her eyes were once green but at some point since shifted red.
The rings she wears radiate with aether. If someone familiar with Arcanima gets a close enough look, they will find runes to certain spells inscribed upon the rings.
Fegasi's personal aether is aspected towards ice. Her body tends to feed off ice aspected aether passively, allowing her to be stronger in areas with strong ice aether in the air. Areas with strong fire aether in the air weaken her, however.
